Four-column hydraulic press how to solve the problem?

There is no way for any manufacturer of instrumentation to ensure that the equipment you buy from him will be used permanently and will last forever. This is why many manufacturers have guaranteed their equipment for up to one year. As old as human beings, parts of the body will also age, causing various diseases to become entangled.

There are many reasons for the noise in the four-column Hydraulic Press. Xiao Bian has summarized some common causes and solutions:

(1) The equipment is used for too long, and noise occurs after the parts are aged;

(2) hydraulic Pump hydraulic pump damage, solenoid valve spring damage;

(3) The hydraulic pressure sucks air and the liquid has air.

If the problem (1) arises, the easiest way is to replace it with a new four-column hydraulic press, but if it is (2)(3), problems arise. In fact, the liquid with air is also the main cause of the high noise of the hydraulic press, as follows:

The noise relief valve of the overflow valve of the first and fourth column hydraulic presses is likely to generate high-frequency noise, which is mainly caused by the unstable performance of the pilot valve, that is, the noise caused by the high-frequency oscillation of the pilot valve before the air is caused to vibrate. The main reasons are:

(1) Air is mixed in the oil and cavitation occurs in the pilot valve cavity to cause high-frequency noise. At this point, air should be drained in a timely manner and re-entry of outside air should be prevented.

(2) In the course of use, the needle valve is excessively worn due to frequent opening, so that the conical surface of the needle valve and the valve seat cannot be closely contacted. This leads to unstable pilot flow and pressure fluctuations and noise, and should be promptly repaired or replaced.

In the second and the four-column hydraulic press hydraulic lines, excessive bending of the noise pipeline or loosening of the fixing clamps can also generate vibration and noise. Therefore, in the piping layout should be avoided as far as possible to avoid bending, the loose clips must be tightened in time.

The noise of the hydraulic cylinders of the third and fourth column hydraulic presses (1) The air in the oil of the hydraulic press is mixed with air or the air in the hydraulic cylinder is not completely drained, causing cavitation under the effect of high pressure and causing large noise. At this point, air must be drained in a timely manner.

(2) The cylinder head oil seal is too tight or the piston rod is bent. In the course of the movement, noise may also be generated due to the other forces. At this point, the oil seal or rod must be replaced in time.

Fourth, when air is mixed in the hydraulic oil of the four-column hydraulic press, cavitation will easily occur in the high-pressure zone and propagate in the form of pressure waves, causing the oil to oscillate, causing cavitation noise in the system. The main reasons are:

(1) If the oil filter or inlet pipe of the hydraulic pump is clogged or the viscosity of the oil is too high, the degree of vacuum at the pump inlet may be too high to allow air to infiltrate.

(2) The oil seal of the hydraulic pump or pilot pump shaft end is damaged, or the air inlet pipe is badly sealed, causing the air to enter. (3) The oil level in the tank is too low, so that the oil pump inlet pipe directly sucks air.

When a high noise occurs in the hydraulic pump of the hydraulic press, the above parts should be checked first, and the problem should be solved in time.
